I'm Kevin Ligabue, a tattoo artist at Future Ink in Oakland, California, specializing in Japanese geometry, heavy blackwork, blackout and suminagashi tattoos. My work is custom, large-scale and built to flow with the body - full sleeves, legs, backs and torso pieces. Inspired by years living in Southeast Asia, classic and sacred geometry, kimono patterns and cyberpunk aesthetics, I focus on clean black work and a blackout technique that keeps the skin healthy and heals smooth.
